Description

You will architect, code scripts, integrations, and configurations within SaaS software to support global HR business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments.
• Debug software components and identify code defects for remediation.
• Manage end-to-end implementations and application support for multi-region Oracle HCM, ORC, Talent, and Learning modules.
• Perform HCM quarterly patch impact analysis and validation.
• Document and present technical solutions to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud environments.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications including Talent, HCM, ORC, and Learning.
• Proficiency with Oracle HCM Configuration and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), OTBI, and BI reports.
• Technical knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, OAS, .NET, and MS SQL.
• Experience with Oracle Redwood Design System and VBS customizations.
• Proven ability to manage customization via DFF, EFF, and Approval workflows.
• Competency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Fast Formulas.
• Experience managing the Oracle SR process for issue resolution and escalation.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Skill Nexus, Generative AI in Oracle, and LLMs.
• Experience with HCM ADP connector or Cornerstone On Demand (Navigator) SaaS.
• Background in implementing and managing security provisioning and access.
