Description

You will own and drive delivery for the Talent platform, designing and deploying software that meets Oracle standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy software, scripts, and integrations within SaaS environments.
• Develop inbound and outbound integrations using file-based or API-based methods for Oracle HCM.
• Lead the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments.
• Debug software components and identify code defects for remediation.
• Architect configurations and integrations to support the Learning Platform and enterprise Talent projects.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Extensive experience with Oracle HCM configuration and Oracle HCM integration.
• Hands-on experience managing Talent Platforms, specifically Oracle HCM and Cornerstone OnDemand.
• Proven ability to consume Oracle APIs and integrate them with enterprise applications.
• Experience completing at least one full life cycle implementation of an Oracle Cloud project.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies using tools like Rally, Jira, Confluence, or Kanban.
• Ability to read Oracle whitepapers and translate them into functional and technical summaries.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications (Talent, HCM), Oracle Database, and Oracle Fusion Middleware.
• Knowledge of the Janus project.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Background in automating Oracle Cloud test data management or code deployment processes.
