Description

You will architect, configure, and integrate Oracle Cloud SaaS solutions to support global HR business needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, support, and monitoring across test, integration, and production environments.
• Manage end-to-end implementations for multi-region Oracle HCM, ORC, Talent, and Learning modules.
• Perform quarterly patch impact analysis, validation, and debug software components for remediation.
• Document and present technical solutions to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud environments.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications including Talent, HCM, ORC, and Learning.
• Proficiency with Oracle HCM Configuration, integrations, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), OTBI, and BI reports.
• Technical knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, OAS, .NET, and MS SQL.
• Experience with Oracle Redwood Design System, VBS customizations, DFF, EFF, and Approval workflows.
• Competency in Fast Formulas and managing the Oracle SR process.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Skill Nexus, Generative AI in Oracle, and LLMs.
• Experience with HCM ADP connector or Cornerstone On Demand (Navigator) SaaS.
