Description

You will own and drive delivery for the Talent platform, designing and deploying software that meets Oracle standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy software, systems, and integrations within the SaaS environment.
• Debug software components and identify code defects for remediation.
• Lead the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments.
• Architect scripts, integrations, and configurations to support the Learning Platform and enterprise Talent projects.
• Evaluate and modify systems to improve team productivity and technical effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or related roles.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications, specifically Talent and HCM modules.
• Experience working with SaaS software architectures.
• Proven ability to debug, document, and deploy complex software systems.
• Experience managing integrations within a talent or HCM ecosystem.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CornerStone On Demand (Navigator) SaaS.
