Description

Manage Oracle Fusion implementations across ORC, Talent, and Learning modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer multi-region Oracle HCM, ORC, and Talent modules.
• Perform impact analysis and validation for HCM quarterly patches.
• Develop customizations including DFF, EFF, reports, concurrent programs, value sets, and form functions.
• Implement and develop Oracle Workflows and Oracle Journeys.
• Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and fit-gap analysis throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud environments.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Fusion (ORC, Talent, Learning).
• Expertise in Oracle HCM, ORC, and Talent configuration and administration.
• Proficiency with Oracle Redwood Design System.
• Experience with Oracle Workflow development and implementation.
• Ability to work within both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Strong background in customization via DFF, EFF, and concurrent programs.
