Description

You will lead the management of Oracle Cloud environments across non-Production and Production states.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud environments and perform tenancy administration, including application subscription management and admin user setup.
• Manage environment families to associate the deployment of Fusion services and oversee the health and lifecycle status of all environments.
• Document and manage permitted updates, ensuring changes migrate across all environments to meet business needs.
• Refresh Cloud environments and manage global outage/downtime according to established procedures.
• Report environment-specific performance and lifecycle metrics.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 7+ years in DevOps and Oracle Cloud Engineering.
• 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementation experiences with environment management duties.
• Experience integrating with IAM services for authentication and authorization, preferably OKTA.
• Expertise in refreshing Cloud environments and managing global outage/downtime.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Familiarity working with Infrastructure admins to enable third-party application integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Strong business acumen combined with deep IT knowledge, specifically Oracle and DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science.
