Description

You will lead the management and lifecycle of Oracle Cloud ERP environments across production and non-production landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cloud environments by working with Oracle to provision instances and perform tenancy administration, including application subscription and user job function management.
• Coordinate environment refreshes, global outage management, and downtime communications according to established procedures.
• Control environment families to ensure consistent deployment of Fusion services and manage permitted updates across all environments.
• Monitor and report on environment-specific performance and lifecycle metrics.
• Collaborate with infrastructure admins to enable integrations with third-party applications and manage IAM service integrations for authentication and authorization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 7+ years in DevOps and Oracle Cloud Engineering.
• Proven experience through 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations focusing on environment management.
• Hands-on experience with tenancy administration and application subscription management.
• Experience integrating with IAM services, specifically OKTA, for authentication and authorization.
• Ability to manage environment health, lifecycle status, and migration of changes across environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
