Description

Lead the management of Oracle Cloud ERP environments across the full implementation lifecycle. Manage non-production and production cloud environments, including spinning up instances and performing tenancy administration tasks like application subscription management. Execute environment refreshes, manage global outages and downtime, and follow established refresh procedures. Control environment health and lifecycle status, ensuring permitted updates are documented and migrated across all environments. Coordinate with infrastructure admins to enable integrations with third-party applications and manage IAM service integrations for authentication. Report on environment-specific performance and lifecycle metrics to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage non-production and production cloud environments, including spinning up instances.

• Coordinate with infrastructure admins to enable integrations with third-party applications.
• Report on environment-specific performance and lifecycle metrics.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 7+ years in DevOps and Oracle Cloud Engineering.
• Proven experience through 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
• Experience with tenancy administration, including setting up admin users with specific job functions.
• Experience integrating with IAM services for authentication and authorization, specifically OKTA.
• Ability to manage environment families to associate Fusion services deployment.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
