Description

Act as the functional expert for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and system development lifecycles, bridging business requirements with technical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional analysis for Oracle Cloud ERP modules throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage end-to-end project implementations, ensuring alignment between business needs and system design.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication among project stakeholders to drive requirements clarity.
• Facilitate smooth transitions between business analysis phases and technical execution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in business analysis or project management.
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP functional areas and implementation methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financials systems.
• Deep understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven track record of delivering successful project implementations.
• Strong professional communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Experience working within the public sector is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
