Lead large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP implementations for public sector clients in Richmond, Virginia.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead fit/gap analysis and system design for financial modules.
• Deliver comprehensive Global Design and implementation plans.
• Manage development and testing phases for ERP solutions.
• Drive communication and stakeholder alignment across project teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven track record in public sector roles.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP: Record to Report, Project Foundation, Procure to Pay, Acquire to Retire, Invoice to Cash.
• Strong skills in fit/gap analysis and system design.
• Experience with development and testing lifecycle management.
• Ability to create and execute financial implementation strategies.
