Oracle Cloud ERP Finance Consultant in Santa Clara, CA. You will help clients transform their finance organizations by aligning business requirements with Oracle technologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and recommend solutions that mitigate risks and meet client needs.
• Lead, coach, and manage small project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Create prototypes to present design options to clients and stakeholders.
• Set up, document, and test the Oracle system using established methodologies.
• Monitor industry trends and Oracle features to provide current solutions.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP Finance.
• Deep understanding of leading finance business processes.
• Ability to spot strategies, risks, and options in complex environments.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Oracle methodologies for system setup and testing.
• Proven track record of building trust with clients and team members.
• Any Graduate degree.
