Description

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Oracle Fusion OTBI reports and dashboards
• Develop BI Publisher (BIP) reports and data models
• Develop and support HCM Extracts
• Support reporting needs across multiple Oracle functional areas
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Evaluate reporting requests and determine whether OTBI, BIP, Power BI, or enterprise data platforms are the appropriate solution
• Promote reports and reporting objects across environments (Dev/Test/Prod)
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide production support
• Work flexibly across reporting needs rather than exclusively within one Oracle module

Qualifications

• Required
  • Strong Oracle Fusion experience
  • Strong Oracle Fusion OTBI report and dashboard development experience
  • BI Publisher (BIP) report development and data models
  • HCM Extract development and support
  • SQL and data analysis skills
  • Experience promoting reports and reporting objects across environments (Dev/Test/Prod)
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP/HCM security and access controls
  • Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business users
  • Ability to work across different Oracle functional modules
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders
  • Long-term interest in the opportunity
• Preferred
  • Power BI experience
  • Willingness and ability to learn Power BI if experience is limited
  • Experience supporting enterprise reporting and analytics environments
  • Understanding of data warehousing, lakehouse, or enterprise data platforms
  • Experience with Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud modules
  • Experience determining which reporting technology is most appropriate based on business requirements
