Description

You will lead functional workstreams across full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, from initiation through post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fit-gap analysis and design optimized business processes aligned with client requirements.
• Manage ERP deployment phases including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, user training, and cutover.
• Develop and maintain Configuration Workbooks (CWB) and functional design documentation.
• Oversee data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and interface design across financial modules.
• Drive user adoption and ensure optimal utilization of Oracle Cloud Financials solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations.
• 8+ years of experience leading Oracle Cloud Finance projects and functional teams.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud modules: General Ledger (GL), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Procurement (PO), Fixed Assets (FA), and Financial Analytics.
• Proven experience with data conversion, integrations, and interface design.
• Hands-on experience with Projects and Grants Accounting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless system integrations.
