Description

Lead SIT, UAT, and E2E testing efforts for Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and Fusion Cloud implementations in Agile or Hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing cycles, including defect tracking, issue resolution, and triage meetings.
  • Develop essential test artifacts such as Test Strategies, Test Plans, and execution documentation.
  • Translate functional and non-functional requirements from business and IT teams into actionable test cases and scripts.
  • Manage QA activities across onshore and offshore teams throughout all testing phases.
  • Execute data conversion, functional, and system integration testing.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in QA leadership and testing.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and Fusion Cloud.
  • Experience with Oracle CEMLI.
  • Proven track record in SIT, UAT, and E2E testing.
  • Proficiency in creating test data and writing manual test scripts.
  • Experience managing testing lifecycles in Agile or Hybrid environments.
  • Knowledge of automation frameworks, automation strategy, scripting, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies and processes.
  • Ability to manage onshore and offshore testing teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in data conversion testing.
