Description

Lead the implementation, configuration, and solution design for Oracle Fusion Finance modules in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

• Perform gap analysis and translate business requirements into functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations.
• Configure application modules and conduct workshops to demonstrate functionality to business users.
• Drive data conversion strategies and oversee the development of customizations.
• Coordinate user testing, assess production readiness, and manage deployment activities.
• Provide production support by diagnosing, replicating, and resolving critical incidents and complicated cases.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of IT experience with at least 2 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP support, implementation, and upgrades.
• Proven track record of completing at least one full Oracle Cloud Financials implementation as a Functional Lead.
• Deep functional knowledge of GL, Payables, Receivables, Purchasing, Procurement, Expenses, Assets, EPM, and Cash Management.
• Experience with Oracle EBS and writing SQL scripts for data extraction and ad hoc reporting.
• Experience supporting accounting functions within Oracle ERP environments.
• Background in medium-to-large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution implementations.
• Ability to manage all project phases, from requirement definition to production support.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience with implementations in the Public Sector.
