Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions for service and field service operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of Oracle Cloud solutions for service and field service modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle and manage stakeholders.
• Present complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud Service and Field Service modules.
• 5+ years in a solution architect or technical leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) and Oracle Service Cloud (CX Service).
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Proficiency with Oracle PaaS, SaaS, and cloud integrations.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Cloud certification in Service and/or Field Service.
