Description

You will support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM deployments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, debug, and document technical solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Execute full life cycle implementations for Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
• Build Fusion-based integrations using OIC and SOAP/REST web services.
• Write and troubleshoot complex SQL and PL/SQL queries.
• Maintain technical solutions across HCM modules including Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM development.
• Proficiency with HDL, HCM Extracts, and BIP/OTBI Reports.
• Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, Workflows, Page & Application Composer, and VBCS.
• Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SOAP/REST web services.
• Advanced SQL and PL/SQL programming skills.
• Strong functional understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM Suite (Workforce Development, Payroll, Benefits, OTL, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management).
• Knowledge of cloud computing models including SaaS and PaaS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle APEX, Java, and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
