Description

Lead end-to-end implementations for Oracle Financial Applications, guiding teams through the full lifecycle and resolving system issues.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members through the full software implementation lifecycle for Oracle ERP systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and business subject matter experts to define requirements.
• Communicate technical and functional requirements to finance and technology management.
• Integrate enterprise business processes with technology solutions and resolve emerging system issues.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience with Oracle ERP systems in configuration and implementation roles.
• Proven track record of 5+ full lifecycle implementations.
• Deep experience with Oracle Financial Applications (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Revenue Management, PPM, Taxes, Fixed Assets, etc.).
• Familiarity with Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Strong Core Financials experience in GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Tax.
• Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) experience.
• Cloud Certifications in Cloud Applications.
