Description

Design and implement end-to-end procure-to-pay solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud, focusing on Sourcing, Purchasing, and Cash Management. You will bridge functional requirements with technical execution, owning RICE components and complex BPM workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design solutions for the S2P domain, including Oracle Fusion Expenses and Corporate Card programs.
• Build and configure RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) and resolve functional and technical defects.
• Create functional specifications, design documents, and test scripts for SaaS configurations and PaaS solutions.
• Develop OTBI reports and optimize complex BPM workflow rules for performance and bulk uploads.
• Integrate Oracle SaaS S2P applications with third-party systems and manage data mapping between legacy and cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Oracle SaaS Cloud experience, including 10-12 years overall functional experience.
• Techno-functional expertise in Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Purchasing, and Supplier management.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Fusion Expenses, policies, workflows, and audit rules.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion architecture, technical tables, and XML-based payment templates.
• Experience with SEPA payment formats, European banking compliance, and Fusion Tax (VAT regimes).
• Proficiency in SQL, REST APIs, OIC, Postman, and API testing.
• Oracle Certifications in SaaS Cloud S2P are required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Fusion Cloud Sourcing, e-Invoicing frameworks, and OBN/EDI integrations.
