Description

Lead the technological strategy and full lifecycle delivery of Oracle HCM systems, owning the process from business requirement gathering through execution and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and create architecture specifications for Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, including security roles, access controls, and domain management.
• Drive independent projects from an architectural standpoint, ensuring systems are built to extend and scale effectively.
• Manage data extracts, data migration, system integrations, and reporting capabilities across the HCM suite.
• Lead teams in implementing solutions according to established design and architecture standards.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of implementation and support experience with Oracle HCM Applications.
• 5+ years of experience in an Oracle HCM Solution Architect role.
• Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor, Payroll, Compensation, and Talent & Performance.
• Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale consulting projects within defined timeframes.
• Expertise in Oracle HCM and Oracle Cloud technologies with a solid understanding of product and business processes.
• Strong skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and issue resolution.
• Experience with delivery methodologies and architectural trend analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working for a Big 4 firm.
• Experience with Organizational Change Management.
