Description

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR modules
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions
• Configure Enterprise Structures, Workforce Structures, Legal Employers, Departments, Jobs, Positions, and Grades
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including hire, transfer, promotion, termination, and data changes
• Configure Document Records, Person Management, Employment Model, and Work Relationships
• Support data migration activities using HDL, HCM Spreadsheet Loader, and other Oracle tools
• Experience working in implementation or support projects
• Exposure to integrations with third-party HR
• Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments
