Description

Act as the functional lead for Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementations across North American regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, mapping, and fit-gap analysis to produce detailed documentation.
• Develop functional designs and coordinate with offshore teams to execute payroll implementation and parallel testing.
• Manage integrations and interactions between Payroll and dependent modules including Absence, OTL, Benefits, and Compensation.
• Execute enhancement requests from initial requirement collection through to implementation.
• Apply deep knowledge of legal and business requirements for Mexico and US or Canada payroll.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Functional Lead.
• Minimum of 4-5 Oracle Cloud HCM projects completed.
• At least 1 implementation of HCM Payroll for Mexico.
• At least 2 implementations of HCM Payroll for either the US or Canada.
• Expertise in functional design and requirement documentation.
• Strong understanding of module dependencies: Absence, OTL, Benefits, and Compensation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
• Proven problem resolution and professional communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Active certifications in the Oracle Payroll module.
• Direct experience implementing Absence and Compensation modules.
