Description

You will act as a techno-functional consultant managing Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, processes, and system integration points to determine technical solutions.
• Design and document applications based on specific system and user requirements.
• Develop functional designs, technical designs, and test case documentation.
• Design interfaces for importing data from feeder systems and APIs for exporting data to downstream systems.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions, product workshops, demos, CRP, and UAT.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Techno-Functional consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation in Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Proven track record of working on 3 or more Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects.
• Deep expertise in Fast Formula, BI, OTBI Reports, Value Sets, UDT, and Personalization Customizations.
• Experience managing workflows and system integrations.
• Ability to manage project stakeholders and lead client-facing engagements.
• Strong understanding of business processes and system extension design.
