Description

You will own the technical implementation and support of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud functionality.
• Develop reports and dashboards using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HDL.
• Create and maintain technical components like Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and APIs.
• Investigate and resolve HCM data loader import and load errors.
• Perform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle Fusion Technical.
• Proficiency with Oracle Cloud HCM, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
• Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Experience working on large-scale, complex transformation projects.
• Basic understanding of Core HCM (Person Management, Assignment, Talent Profiles).
• Basic understanding of payroll concepts (Elements, Balances, Calculation cards).
• Experience with technical validation before data loading.
