Description

Lead techno-functional teams to implement and manage Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation solutions across global geographies.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-cultural techno-functional teams and coordinate with business stakeholders to resolve pain points.
• Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and formal requirements documentation.
• Prepare functional designs and direct offshore teams through implementation and testing phases.
• Develop fast formulas specific to compensation rules and payroll elements.
• Manage module interactions and dependencies to ensure seamless compensation integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM environments.
• Proven track record of at least 2 global implementations of Compensation across multiple geographies.
• Deep expertise in Base Compensation, Workforce Compensation, Individual Compensation, and Total Rewards.
• Experience completing 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM projects in a techno-functional capacity.
• Proficiency in writing fast formulas for compensation and payroll.
• Strong ability to conduct requirement mapping and functional design.
• Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% based on client requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Active Oracle Compensation module certifications.
• Experience with Redwood Design Studio and page customizations.
• Implementation experience in Oracle Payroll and Absence modules.
