Description

You will serve as the functional lead for Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects, owning requirements analysis, functional design, and delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project requirements analysis and functional design phases.
• Direct the development of reports and oversee testing processes.
• Manage and lead project teams through implementation cycles.
• Resolve complex functional problems and present findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of functional experience with Oracle Cloud modules.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Proven track record of working on 4-5 Oracle Cloud HCM or multi-pillar projects.
• Experience leading implementation projects and technical teams.
• Strong functional design and requirements gathering capabilities.
• Professional written and oral communication skills.
