Description

Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across the complete hire-to-retire lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions and make customization decisions for Compensation and Learning modules.
• Manage data conversions, integrations, and reporting for complex compensation structures.
• Facilitate client-facing workshops to gather requirements and define business processes.
• Configure Fast Formulas and personalizations to meet specific module needs.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM hire-to-retire cycles.
• Proven experience with at least 2 end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations.
• Expertise in Oracle Compensation, Learning, and Core HR modules.
• Hands-on experience with BIP reports and Fast Formulas.
• Deep understanding of non-US Compensation structures.
• Experience in solution design and data flow mapping.
• Strong ability to manage client requirements and testing phases.
