Implement and configure Oracle Cloud HCM solutions to meet client business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle Cloud HCM solutions to meet client business needs.
• Lead business process workshops and advise clients on Core HCM adoption impacts.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to define processes and secure client sign-off.
• Configure solutions using Oracle’s Implementation Methodology.
• Conduct workshops to demonstrate configured cloud solutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in HRIS, IT system management, or related fields.
• Core experience across all Oracle Cloud HCM suite modules.
• Hands-on experience with HCM SaaS applications.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Advanced Excel.
• Strong ability to manage multiple customer support issues under pressure.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions regarding system processes.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 7 years.
