Description

You will architect and implement complex Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, leading integrations between HCM modules and external enterprise systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and SOAP web services.
• Configure Global Core HR, Compensation, and Absence Management modules.
• Manage data migration and management using HDL and Spreadsheet Loader.
• Develop Fast Formulas and customize global data models for HCM Extracts and BI Reports.
• Lead client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution presentations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM platform.
• Expert proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong command of Oracle Fusion Integration capabilities, including APIs, Events, and File-based integrations.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP web services, and bi-directional payroll interfaces.
• In-depth knowledge of HCM configuration, including lookups, value sets, and work structures.
• Proficient in HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data migration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
