Description

Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, functional design, and complex project delivery for global clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and functional consulting for Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Global Core HR, Absence Management, Recruiting, and Payroll.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing cycles and troubleshoot user issues with technical teams.
• Manage integrations, HCM extracts, HDL, and data conversion processes.
• Facilitate design sessions with clients and provide subject matter expertise on modules like Time & Labor, Compensation, and Benefits.

Required Skills

• 10+ years total experience in HCM, with minimum 7 years on end-to-end Fusion HCM support and enhancement projects.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Absence, Recruiting, and Payroll.
• Practical experience with integrations, HDL, and data conversion tools.
• Strong client-facing consulting and communication skills.
• Ability to lead design sessions and manage complex business solutions.
• Experience coordinating testing cycles and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Understand of other HCM modules: Time & Labor, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Learning.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle HCM Cloud module certification.
• Background in healthcare providers with understanding of Health Systems and Clinical Operations.
