Description

You will design, extract, and model data from Oracle Cloud HCM to support reporting, integration, and downstream analytics.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and extract data using HCM Data Extracts and User Entities.
• Model data structures optimized for downstream reporting, APIs, and data warehouses.
• Test data end-to-end from application extraction through ingestion and transformation.
• Analyze how business processes in Core HR impact extracted data.
• Collaborate with data warehouse and API teams to ensure data integrity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Deep expertise with Core HR data, including Persons and Assignments.
• Hands-on experience with HCM Data Extracts and User Entities.
• Functional knowledge of how module transactions change extracted data.
• Proficiency in testing data flows from extraction to downstream datastores.
• Experience working with data warehouse, reporting, or API platform teams.
• Experience with Payroll, Absence Management, or Compensation modules.

Preferred Skills

• Data modeling in Oracle Analytics Cloud or similar analytics solutions.
• Experience with Time & Attendance module data.
