Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions to meet specific client business needs.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze payroll process requirements to conduct gap analyses and propose functional solutions.
• Configure Oracle Cloud Payroll modules, workflows, and functional specifications in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Execute end-to-end implementations including system testing, unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Manage data migration and validation processes to ensure data integrity.
• Develop training materials for end-users and provide post-implementation troubleshooting and support.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant.
• Proven track record of end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations.
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration and module setup.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Proficiency with Oracle Cloud and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Cloud Payroll certification.
