Description

You will serve as a functional expert for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and business process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and consult on Oracle HR applications to meet client requirements.
• Lead requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.
• Integrate Oracle Applications and manage end-to-end data flows within HCM Cloud.
• Identify, assess, and resolve complex functional issues and problems.
• Manage work allocation, provide mentorship, and deliver status updates to the Project Manager.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of domain expertise in HCM covering the full hire-to-retire cycle.
• Proven track record of at least 7 end-to-end HCM implementations.
• Minimum of 4 full-lifecycle implementations specifically using HCM Cloud.
• Expert-level functional knowledge of Oracle Benefits modules.
• Deep understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow architecture.
• Experience in client-facing roles involving direct customer interaction and requirement gathering.
• Strong capability in planning, follow-up, and project monitoring.
