Description

You own the technical and functional delivery of solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage client interactions and provide techno-functional leadership.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain HCM technical components.
• Support integrations, reporting, and data migration activities.
• Resolve incidents, enhancements, and support tickets across Oracle HCM modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), and Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC).
• Expertise in BI Publisher (BIP) development, including XSLT, RTF, and E-Text Templates.
• Experience with Fast Formulas: Transformation FF, Payroll FF, Benefits FF, ORC FF, and HCM Extracts.
• Development and troubleshooting of HDL and HSDL.
• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL (packages and procedures).
• Experience working with ATP Database.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
