Description

You will lead Oracle Cloud HCM implementations for complex payroll and labor tracking environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex payroll requirements within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) systems.
• Implement Burdening Extensions to address specific Oracle HCM functional gaps.
• Support payroll processes for unionized workforces.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
• Proven experience handling complex payroll requirements.
• Experience managing HCM configurations for union shops.
• Hands-on experience implementing Burdening Extensions to resolve Oracle gaps.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
