Description
Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, focusing on the complete hire-to-retire lifecycle from requirement gathering through go-live.
Responsibilities
- Design solutions and make customization decisions for Compensation and Learning modules.
- Manage data conversions, integrations, and reporting for complex compensation structures.
- Facilitate client-facing workshops to gather requirements and define business processes.
- Configure Fast Formulas and personalizations to meet specific module needs.
Required Skills
- 8 to 12 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM hire-to-retire cycles.
- Proven experience with at least 2 end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations.
- Expertise in Oracle Compensation, Learning, and Core HR modules.
- Hands-on experience with BIP reports and Fast Formulas.
- Deep understanding of non-US Compensation structures.
- Experience in solution design and data flow mapping.
- Strong ability to manage client requirements and testing phases.
