Description

Implement and configure Oracle Cloud HCM solutions to meet client business requirements. Lead business process workshops and advise clients on adopting Oracle Cloud HCM Core solutions. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to define processes and obtain client sign-off. Configure the solution following Oracle’s Implementation Methodology. Conduct process familiarization workshops to demonstrate configured cloud solutions. Develop and recommend process improvements to resolve complex system issues.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for client business needs.
• Lead workshops and advise clients on Core HCM adoption impacts.
• Facilitate requirements gathering to define processes and secure sign-off.
• Configure solutions using Oracle’s Implementation Methodology.
• Conduct workshops to demonstrate configured cloud solutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in HRIS, IT system management, or related fields.
• Core experience across all Oracle Cloud HCM suite modules.
• Hands-on experience with HCM SaaS applications.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Advanced Excel.
• Strong ability to manage multiple customer support issues under pressure.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions regarding system processes.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 7 years.
