Description

Lead Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and manage techno-functional teams to resolve complex business challenges.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform fit-gap analysis and resolve functional issues by coordinating with PaaS technical teams and module leads.
• Design and validate end-to-end solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
• Oversee configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management.
• Manage project scope by identifying and proposing necessary change requests.
• Guide clients through business process improvements and lead technical discussions.

Required Skills

• 6 to 9 years of experience leading multiple full life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Deep expertise in Oracle HCM ORC and Core HR modules.
• Proficiency with Fast Formulas, Auto-completion, and Approval workflow configuration.
• Experience building BI Publisher reports for job offers, contracts, and employment letters.
• Ability to design solutions that integrate with PaaS.
• Technical skills in JavaScript, Java, and HTML for Career Site development.
• Experience configuring custom dashboards for recruiting data and preboarding tasks.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Computer Science.
• Two or more active Oracle Cloud Certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Redwood Design Studio and page customizations.
• Knowledge of Payroll and Absence implementation.
• Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Jira, or Rally.
