Description

You will act as a techno-functional expert delivering end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud and Time and Labor implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud modules across geographies.
• Execute customizations within Fusion using HCM Design Studio.
• Develop complex SQL joins using the HCM Cloud data model.
• Manage cross-geography implementations of HCM Cloud modules.

Required Skills

• 6 to 15 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proven track record with at least 2 full implementations of Oracle Time and Labor.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Time and Labor and Absence Management.
• Proficiency in HCM Cloud data modeling and writing complex SQL joins.
• Experience with HCM Design Studio for Fusion customizations.
• Strong communication skills for end-to-end solution delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle Payroll.
