Description

You will serve as a technical and functional expert for Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end implementation projects independently while collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Manage payroll conversions, system configurations, and mid-year balance migrations.
• Resolve US taxation requirements and year-end processing issues.
• Troubleshoot ADP reporting and integration challenges.
• Configure and maintain Fast Formulas and Costing components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in the Oracle Cloud Payroll module.
• Proven experience completing at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations.
• Proficiency with HCM Data Loaders, HCM Extracts, and OTBI Reports.
• Strong technical understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, data models, and multi-org concepts.
• Direct experience with Fast Formulas and Costing.
• Hands-on experience with ADP reporting and integration.
• Expertise in US taxation and year-end payroll cycles.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
