Description

Manage Oracle HCM Cloud data extraction, reporting, and technical configuration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Oracle HCM Cloud extracts and BIP reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HDL errors to ensure data integrity.
• Perform data analysis for HCM Cloud using SQL.
• Configure Fast Formulas, Alerts, and Value Sets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proficiency in SQL for HCM data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with BIP reporting and HCM Cloud extracts.
• Experience managing HDL (HCM Data Loader) errors.
• Technical knowledge of Fast Formulas, Alerts, and Value Sets.
• Ability to conduct deep-dive data analysis within the HCM ecosystem.
