Description

You own the strategic direction, technical oversight, and functional management of the Oracle Cloud HCM platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Oracle Cloud HCM experts to drive platform innovation.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions while managing upgrades and integrations.
• Oversee platform security, reliability, and performance, maintaining technical documentation.
• Drive roadmap planning, proofs of concept, and assessment of Oracle updates.
• Align Oracle HCM capabilities with enterprise platforms including Snowflake, Informatica, ERP, and Power Platform.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT or HRIS, primarily focused on Oracle HCM.
• Proven experience leading and managing Oracle Cloud HCM platforms.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Talent, and Compensation.
• Experience implementing and configuring Oracle HCM for end-to-end P&C processes.
• Strong background in M&A integration projects and HR system migrations.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles and full lifecycle implementations.
• Competency in HCM functional configuration, troubleshooting, and data architecture.
• Ability to work on-site in Dallas at least two days per week.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Oracle HCM with Snowflake, Informatica, or Power Platform.
