Description

Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, including disaster recovery and failover strategies for mission-critical enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions aligned with business goals.
• Architect disaster recovery and failover strategies with defined RTO/RPO.
• Automate failover testing using Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, and security teams to ensure system resilience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture.
• Strong Oracle expertise including Data Guard, RMAN, replication, and backup/restore.
• Hands-on disaster recovery experience in enterprise or hybrid environments.
• Networking knowledge covering BGP, DNS failover, and load balancing.
• Automation and scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with storage replication (SAN/NAS).

Preferred Skills

• Oracle, CCNP, CISSP, or DevOps certifications.
• Familiarity with chaos engineering tools like Gremlin or Chaos Monkey.
