Description

Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• Lead project scoping and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Manage integration efforts across the HCM ecosystem.
• Provide architectural guidance to technical teams.
• Coordinate delivery between clients and offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM architecture.
• Deep expertise in Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP web services.
• Proven ability to develop Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Experience in client engagement and technical communication.
• Any Graduate degree.
