Description

You will design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, specializing in Absence Management and Benefits.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain HCM configurations to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Evaluate quarterly updates and execute all required testing within specified timelines.
• Create functional and technical designs based on business needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion HCM with external systems.
• Present feature enablement analyses to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Oracle HCM Cloud expertise and Oracle Fusion HCM proficiency.
• Strong functional knowledge of Absence Management.
• Expertise in Benefits Administration.
• Proven experience in Oracle HCM technical implementation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.

Preferred Skills

• Functional expertise in Payroll, OTL, and Absence Management.
