Description

You will implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, focusing on Payroll, Time and Labor, and Absence Management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end Cloud HCM Payroll implementations for public sector clients.
• Configure and maintain Payroll Cloud Services to ensure accurate processing.
• Deploy and manage Time and Labor Cloud Services integration.
• Administer Absence Management modules within the Oracle Cloud environment.
• Align solutions with public sector compliance needs using prior project experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Proven track record in Cloud HCM Payroll Implementation.
• Hands-on expertise with Payroll Cloud Services.
• Proficiency in Time and Labor Cloud Services.
• Experience configuring and supporting Absence Management.
• Demonstrated prior project experience serving public sector clients.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
