Description

You will own the architecture and delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management architecture aligned with enterprise HR strategy.
• Design scalable, integrated solutions across Oracle Talent modules and Core HCM.
• Lead configuration and deployment of Recruiting, Performance Management, and Learning modules.
• Oversee integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems using HCM Extracts, HDL, REST/SOAP APIs, and OIC.
• Ensure compliance with global HR regulations and support Talent analytics via OTBI reports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall HCM experience.
• 6+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience.
• 4+ years as a Talent Management Architect or Lead Consultant.
• Multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Talent implementations.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Talent Management modules.
• Proficiency with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and extensibility.
• Experience with integration patterns using OIC, REST APIs, HCM Extracts, and HDL.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Cloud HCM certifications (Talent Management / Core HCM).
• Experience with large enterprise or global rollout programs.
