Description

Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud technical implementations and manage team delivery within an offshore-onsite model.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud projects from design to deployment.
• Configure Core HR, user access, roles, and security privileges.
• Integrate Oracle SaaS with third-party service providers using REST APIs and Webservices.
• Develop technical documentation and architectural diagrams.
• Manage and groom a technical team to ensure delivery quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle SaaS data models/schemas.
• Proficiency with HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, REST API, and Webservices.
• Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Dashboards.
• Technical expertise in Sandbox, Page Personalization, Security Console, and Alert Composer.
• Strong knowledge of Core HR configurations.
• Proven ability to manage technical documentation and architectural design.
• Experience working in an offshore-onsite delivery model.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in customer-facing technical leadership roles.
