Description

You will provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Cloud HCM modules, handling service requests, incidents, and changes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve service requests, incident tickets, and change requests across HCM modules, integrations, and reports.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP, and HCM Extracts between Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems.
• Develop and enhance reports using OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and HCM Extracts based on business needs.
• Perform data corrections using HDL/HSDL and coordinate data validation with business stakeholders.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates by performing patch testing and assessing functional impact.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a relevant technical/functional role.
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Proficiency with OIC for integration management.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience developing reports in OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Familiarity with HCM Extracts for data reporting.
• Experience using HDL/HSDL for data management.
• Ability to manage and escalate issues with Oracle Support (SRs).

Preferred Skills

• Ability to document solution designs, test scripts, and support procedures for knowledge transfer.
