Description

You will deliver end-to-end Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) solutions and manage technical integrations within the HCM Cloud ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end solutions for Oracle Recruiting (ORC) processes and lifecycle configurations.
• Analyze business requirements and system integration points to design appropriate technology solutions.
• Design and document applications, including Functional Design, Technical Design, and Test Case documentation.
• Develop interfaces for data imports from feeder systems and design APIs/extensions for exporting data to downstream systems.
• Manage stakeholder communications and act as an onsite coordinator for cross-geography implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proven experience with at least 2 full implementations of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
• Mandatory expertise in Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules.
• Proficiency in HCM Cloud data models and writing complex SQL joins.
• Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loads (HDL), PBL, and Spreadsheet Loader.
• Technical expertise in Fast Formulas, Value Sets, UDT, and Personalization.
• Experience developing BI Publisher reports, OTBI analysis, and HCM extracts.
• Experience with HCM Design Studio customizations within Fusion.
• Background in client-facing roles and business requirements gathering.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Absence and Talent Management modules.
